Back to DocuFlow

It learns your forms from your corrections

Every correction a reviewer makes is a signal. DocuFlow turns repeated ones into short, per-field instructions, keeps a person in charge of which ones are used, and measures the effect before you rely on it.

Corrections become
instructions

When the same field keeps getting fixed, DocuFlow distils the corrections into one sentence of guidance for that field. It is proposed, not applied: an admin accepts it, edits it or dismisses it, and only accepted guidance reaches the extraction prompt. Recent corrections also ride along as examples.

Learnings 1 to review

Per-field guidance distilled from reviewer corrections (212 recorded, 9 new; distilled every 25). Only accepted learnings are added to extraction prompts. Measure their effect

  • plan.nameproposedfrom 9 corrections · 2 hours ago

Plan names end in Roman numerals (II, III). A "11" or "111" at the end of a plan name is a misread numeral, not a number.

  • patient.memberIdacceptedfrom 14 corrections · 3 days ago

Aetna member IDs start with W followed by ten digits. Ignore the two-digit suffix printed after a dash on older cards.

  • service.startacceptedadded by hand · last week

When only a month and year are given, use the first of the month and leave the field flagged.

Pin approved documents to a golden set and run any change against it: new learnings, a new schema version, a different model. Each run reports field accuracy, documents fully correct and the straight-through rate, and two runs compare field by field. A run can be cancelled mid-flight.
