Questions a person answers in a second
Plenty of real decisions are not comparisons. Is this urgent? Which of our queues does it belong to? What is the referring NPI? Anywhere a rule can compare a field, it can also ask a model, in your own words.
Classify, fill,
summarise
Three actions put a question to a model: pick one of your answers and route or tag by it, write the answer into a field, or leave a short summary for the reviewer. Each has a confidence floor. Below it the answer is recorded with the model's reason, and nothing changes.

Intake rules can ask too. A mailbox that carries referrals also carries everything else, and a condition like "is this about a referral?" is the practical way to say which is which. Try it shows what the rule would take from the real folder before anything is imported.
Which emails to pull
Leave empty to take every email in the folder. Conditions read the subject, sender, body and what is attached; a model can answer anything the fields cannot.
