Back to DocuFlow

It starts where the paperwork already lands

Nobody should forward a fax to a new inbox to get it processed. Connect the mailboxes, libraries, channels and CRM objects documents already arrive in, and DocuFlow watches them.

One connection,
many sources

Connect an account once and point as many sources at it as you need: a mailbox folder, a document library, a channel's files, a Salesforce object. Each source files into a queue, polls on its own schedule and has a hook address for an immediate look.

Only the referrals,
not the whole mailbox

Intake rules are the automation condition builder pointed at an email or a file. Keep what matters, drop signature logos and newsletters, choose which attachment is the document, and check it all against the real folder before a single thing is imported.

Which emails to pull

Leave empty to take every email in the folder. Conditions read the subject, sender, body and what is attached; a model can answer anything the fields cannot.

AllAnyof these must be true

  • and
    Ask a modelanswer is yes
Is this a prior authorization request, or a reply to one we sent?
Only when at least70% sure, otherwise the answer counts as no.

Which attachments to keep

Applied to each attachment of an email that got through above. Inline images, like signature logos and pasted screenshots, are never pulled.
